On the edge of Herford’s old town, Restaurant Dreigang became the setting for culinary encounters for one evening. At “Del Monego & Friends,” host Laura Ottensmann’s creative cuisine was combined with the refined palate of world champion sommelier Markus Del Monego. Regional and seasonal ingredients were paired with selected wines, carefully combined and served in a stylish and cozy setting. In the warm atmosphere of the basement lodge, a dinner was created that made enjoyment, skill and heartiness palpable. An evening that showed that fine dining and genuine hospitality can also be brought to life away from large urban centers.
